Technical Requirements for Online VIVA
1. PC or Mac - laptop/desktop only. Please note iPads, chrome-books and mobile devices are not supported by Zoom for Breakout rooms.
2. Good broadband connectivity, a wired Ethernet connection is preferred although a wifi with a minimum 2 mbps speed is required.
3. Chrome Browser must be installed on your computer to use our CloudPACS as other browsers are not supported
4. Download and install the latest version of Zoom : https://zoom.us/download
5. Accessories Required: mouse, decent headset with microphone/speakers and webcam to ensure that delegates and examiners can see each other for live interaction.
Note:
Confirmation email is sent within 24-48 hrs after reflection of payment in our accounts
Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reasons including visa refusal, cancellation of examination or reasons beyond our control like Pandemic, natural disaster etc.
If you are not able to attend the course, you will forfeit the course fee in full and requests for carrying forward a place to the next sitting is strictly not entertained.

If we happen to cancel any of our course due to any reasons, we shall offer an option to issue a full refund of registration fees or an option to transfer to the next similar course free of charge. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable for any other reasons including the current Covid Pandemic and/or any future unexpected reasons which are beyond our control.
